SHIPPING POLICY

We are 100% committed to making sure items purchased from OutfitZing are delivered to our customers as soon as possible.


VERIFICATION

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is verified and accepted by us. We will start processing your order immediately after we send you the confirmation email. This very short time frame makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, depending on the case, we will do our best to support your request.


PROCESSING

It normally takes 1 to 5 business days for us to process your order.  Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.


SHIPPING

Shipment to the United States normally takes 10 - 15 business days to arrive, but it can take up to 12 - 17 business days around busier periods such as holidays. Shipments to European countries may take up to 30 business days.

Please note shipping time is estimated and commences from the actual date of shipping, rather than the date you place the order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

In case you did not receive the package, please submit a ticket to inform us within 60 days from shipment date and our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.


REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you received a damaged or faulty item we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please CONTACT US within 48 hours after receiving your order and we will instruct you on the steps to be followed.

Should you receive an item that is the wrong color or size than the one you originally ordered, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order and you will get a replacement.

We can offer you replacements at no additional cost in one of the following situations:

-Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival
-Product specifications do not match your order – size, style, color
-Parcels are lost in transit

Measurements are provided in each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We are not to be held responsible for NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL of the item purchased just because the item does not fit you.

Please double check and make sure all the information you provide on the order form is accurate, correct and complete before submitting your order to prevent misrouted parcels or other incidents from happening. OutfitZing will not be held liable for any misrouted parcels.


CAN ALL ITEMS BE RETURNED?

All items can be returned provided they meet all our return terms and conditions and a return request is submitted to us via email within maximum 14 days of receipt of delivery.


HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you wish to return a product you can do so within 14 days following the delivery receipt date on condition that the product has not been used. Please CONTACT US and we will instruct you on the steps to be followed.


RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

The shipping costs for returning the goods will be supported by the customer. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 15 business days to reach us. The corresponding refund will be made once your return is received. Please also note that only products in perfect condition and in their original branded packaging (alternative appropriate exterior shipping packaging can be used) will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary.

Returned orders remain under the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back at our returns address. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the parcel during transit to our returns center, nor will we be able to provide any assistance with tracking the parcel before it has arrived back at us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Please send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order and you will get a replacement or a refund.

Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. OutfitZing reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund if it does not meet the above criteria.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by submitting a ticket on our website.
